Frequently asked questions
✧ What is the difference between a Standart License and an Extended License?
Each of my graphic sets include a Standard License by default (non transferrable single user). You can use it for Personal Use and for Commercial Use if you want to sell product with my graphic you can up to 500 units of one end product with no credit necessary.
If you want to sell more products above 500 units, you must buy Extended License.
Please note that other terms of the standard license still apply, and that products made with my assets "as-is" must be physical.
Products you create must not be used or sold in a competitive way with the original collection you purchased or as a cliparts. Your products and or projects cannot redistribute the original files to any third parties in a manner that allows for the extraction of the files.
✧ How buying an Extended License is working?
First, you buy the product you are interested in, and then the appropriate extended license (for 1 item, for 2-30 items and for the entire collection).
No documents will be sent to you, receipt of purchase confirms right of commercial use.
Please purchase a separate Extended License for each product that you wish to use to create, sell, and/or distribute for commercial use over 500 units.
By purchasing a license, you are purchasing the rights to use the graphics. I retain all copyrights to these graphics.
✧ Can I use your designs as part of my branding or in logo design?
Sure, you can use designs as part of your branding. Have in mind that while you can use them to represent your brand you cannot register or trademark these illustrations.
✧ What software do I need to use your files?
PNG and JPG; files will work with most graphic software (free, pro, online). PNG has a transparent background so you can easily paste it over any type of creative project you want in plenty of software from Canva, Photopea, Gimp to Photoshop (which you can use as a 30day free trial).
✧ When and where will I receive the files?
After purchasing item, you can download your files directly from your Etsy account. In section "Purchases and reviews"
you will receive a PDF file and when you open it, follow the instructions described in it, by click the link you will be redirect for download through google drive.
The reason for using Google Drive is simple, this way I can offer you hi-resolution product, which often
is bigger size than Etsy allow to append.
✧ How to open ZIP file?
You can extract files from the zip file with program like 7zip or Winrar. If you have installed software this type, just right click on file and find "extract here" option.
✧ Can I order custom made design or illustration?
I truly appreciate your interest in my art, but my focus is on selling pre-made illustrations and graphics that are already available in my shop. Thank you for understanding and considering my existing collections!
✧ I need only one asset, could you create a custom listing for me?
Yes, I definitely can if you are needing only one frame or wreath from a set, please write to me I'll make a listing for it. Please note that this option is specifically for creating single-item listings.
✧ Can I sell products with your graphics on POD sites?
Generally yes. You can sell on standard Print-On-Demand sites like Zazzle, Redbubble, Printify, Printful, etc.
You cannot sell on sites that allow customers to download artwork like Corjl. It is strictly forbidden.
